Is there a content pack for Utopia?

I get my games confused between this, CK2 and EU4 but are there content packs released alongside the expansions?

No but they add a color system based on your empire for ship so it could be considered as content pack.

I want a content pack that gives the old textures back. Ships look absolutely awful now.
