Is there a CK2 to EU4 converter that works with CKPLUS or HIP?

I'd like to do a full CK2 to HOI4 playthrough, but I very much prefer to play CK2 with HIP or CKPLUS. Is there a converter out there that allows me to convert a HIP or CKPLUS save game to EU4?
