Is the Battle of France Too German-Sided? Solutions?

The obvious solution is: more scenarios

Jan 1933 Start (Nazis just assumed power, most sand-box of them all)
Jan 1941 Start France has fallen, everyone's OOB and industrial level is what it was in actual history (to the best that can be determined)
Jan 1945 Allied victory, Cold War is about to begin
Jan 1948 The year the Soviets got their first bomba . . .
etc.

PDX doesn't seem to want to do this however.

Different start dates takes lot of effort for very little gain.

Most people start with the earliest start date. Getting an earlier start date would be a herculean task because you have to offset 3 years, go through all the AI, focuses, history files, new art for new leaders. For every country.
