Is that possible to add new ethics cathegory?

Hello everyone,
I'm adding some new civics, but I require new ethic and new ethics cathegory, similar to Hive mind but different from it in some ways, for some reasons.
How can I add new ethic choice button on ethics reel?

look at Ethics Redux, they have a bunch of new ethics so I would suggest going there for coding help
