no its just that when it becomes less then 2 hours steam automatically rounds it down to 1 hour instead of 1 hour and like 30 mins

mandate of heaven should release at 14.00 swedish time and utopia 15.00

Not working, the problem is I think is because I'm watching Dota 2 tournament replays and steam for some reason is pausing the update.

There's an option in Steam to stop updates if you're playing a game, maybe it includes watching streams. It is enabled by default, but you can disable it.
