Is stellaris installation frozen?

Hi, i am trying to install stellaris on a new computer, i have about 250 gb free and it seems the game installation freezes. It has been stuck here for about 5 hours...

then i get a message that if I quit the installation I might have to manually delete stuff.... what should i do?

ok, i have restarted the installation a couple of times and it always freezes here. I can verify from task manager that no data are being downloaded at this point. What should i do to fix this?

Unfortunately our Paradox client has no resume or verify capability, unlike say Steam. Aside fro retrying, all you can do is uninstall the game then start again from scratch.

I see you are a Steam member, you can just install and play via Steam instead of course!
