Just wondering if anyone has any idea if post apocalyptic is supposed to be giving you Tomb World habitability and granting +60% habitability on all planetary types?

I would assume not, as it stands, PA with extremely adaptable means you get 80%+ habitability on every planet type. Which is of course ridiculous.

...I mean, it is an unchangeable civic, and it does somewhat fit that not only surviving but thriving on a nuclear hellscape would confer some measure of ability in doing so elsewhere.

So it wouldn't surprise me.

Hmm... It didn't before (though some people were expecting it to).

With just the +70% tomb world habitability, it was very weak, so a boost isn't a bad thing...

But actually giving Tomb World trait and 60% to everything might be a little far in the other direction...

Of course, since habitability no longer affects growth rate or output, and just upkeep/amenities/housing, it's not as big a deal as before. Even before 2.2, +80% growth time was a pretty big deal.

I'm pretty sure it's supposed to have the same functionality as before -- giving you Survivor but not changing your homeworld preference -- but they accidentally copied over the functionality of Life-Seeded, which does change your preference. It'll probably be fixed in 2.2.3 or so.
