Is Patch 1.3 still being developed? (for MichaelM)

I heavily read the FTG forum although I do not post often. I like EUIV and have played Paradox games since EU II.

I've enjoyed playing For the Glory and appreciate the work Michael has done on patching a game on an increasingly quiet forum.
The last beta patch (1.3) for FTG was reileased last year in December. Is patch 1.3 dead and is the December release the last version?

I would like to know because I am modifying existing mods for personal play, and if 1.3 full will never be released I can just tinker with and make a final version for myself. Please let me know if work on 1.3 is still in progress. I appreciate all the work Michael has done so far, with his free time.

I expect to do one more beta patch. I've given up on the idea of introducing any major change, but there are a few minor ones I'm thinking of finishing up with, plus bug fixes.

Michael,

as I've already written once, too many times I've found myself in a predicament because I didn't pay enough attention to the expiry date of my alliance(s)...

As such, I would really appreciate an "Expiring alliance" notifier, all in all similar to e.g. the "Expiring truce" one - and I suspect I wouldn't be the only one to do so.

Now, the good news is that I've got about 80% of the work, i.e. the notifier itself, done .

Please tell me if it looks good enough in your opinion and thank you very much you in advance, in any case!

Thanks Michael. I appreciate that you are still working on this! I'm sure you have a busy schedule, but do you have an approximate idea of when this last patch may be done? In a year or two?

Well, Michael still done far more than he was obligated to, so anything will be most welcomed by all of us. I believe we're all eternally grateful for all you've done for us with 1.3 patch

On the other note, although I imagine it might be the weird thing to ask: would you consider working on FtG some more if we were to provide some kind of financial support? There are sites like Patreon I guess, where people can donate to someone (I believe many youtubers and indie developers use this one), so maybe it could be a viable option in the future? I guess I could support that kind of deal, although it would have to wait until next Spring at least. It might sound crazy, but hey, while I got EU4 and I somehow like it, I cannot imagine ever abandoning this game (thou I gotta admit I was real lazy this year FtG-wise).

Still, you've done monumental work to uphold the legacy of EU2 times, and there are no words to thank for that.

Just because something has some age on it does not make it not enjoyable. My family really enjoy this game. We still learn new things about nuances that are very interesting. Thanks MichaelM.
