How do i see what version i am running? and if it is not 2.1 how do i update a steam version?

In the main menu screen (the one with the 'single player', 'multiplayer', etc buttons), look at the bottom left corner. The version should appear there.
yeh, i thought this cos thats what it was on all the other eu games i played.
Not there on this, anyhow, think its 2.1 cos the base rate for omens is 30%, and i think this was a change in the patch

What does the checksum say on the intro screen? It should say something like 2.1 (JDHS). The intro screen aslo has VAE VICTIS emblazened under the EU:R logo.
