Playing as Manchukuo to get the Mandate of Heaven, I managed to occupy all of continental china bar some southern land taken by the allies. In 1944 Japan surrendered without its islands having been occupied (Don't know why, not an event on my part, although the capitulation event said they capitulated to me). In the peacedeal, after i took ~70% of china (all my warscore) and passed, India took korea and several chinese states. I was playing historical on (altough trying to reconquer China as Manchukuo could've skewered that a bit). Is this intented behaviour?
