Is it true that there's a way to have 2-3 Golden in one campaign?

Looking for informations about Golden eras, I've read few comments on reddit of players saying that if you play with factions than can form a country (i.e Florence->Tuscany->Italy) you could have up to 3 Golden eras in your game ,one per each of them.

Did anybody try that?

Golden Eras are per tag. So if you went TIM>MAN>QNG>MUG>ROM you could theoretically have 5 Golden Eras

EDIT: Fixed Tag.

What he said. Devs don't really like tag switching unless it's a natural switch like Tim to Mughals so they try to limit its usefulness.
Or Livonian Order to Prussia.
Or Odoyev to Poland.
Or Kangra to Tibet.

In all seriousness, probably more about the Golden Eras meant to be enacted once per game, rather than tag-switching per se.
