Is it possible to start a game in the observer mode?

I would love to start the game in the observer/simulation mode - basically let AI play against itself, is it possible?

Well was doing it in HoI2 (NZ is better), but the vision sucks!

in euIV you have "observe mode" in console, so expect it on hoiIV

observe mode Changes to observe mode, in which player does not play as any nation
