Is it possible to receive diplomats by an event?

Dear regents,

is it possible to receive diplomats by an event?
If yes, could you please explain how.

So I would create some events for receiving more diplomats as in my opinion a maximum of 3 diplomats per year is just not enough.

You could allways change a saved games diplomatic efficiency.

Yes, but that would be a cheat....

So I would prefer a selfmade event.

Sorry, there's no command that will directly grant diplomatic points. The closest thing is:

type= diplomatic_efficiency value = X

which adjusts the rate at which you build diplomacy points.

dow a bankrupt unciv and dont make peace you get +1 DI for being at war, up to u if u wanna be exploitive though

make the diplo effieciens 1200% will get you between 2 and 4 diplomats a month instead of a year... that should be enough I think
