Is it possible to know other country's military power?

I've played EU2 and other games and have noticed nice simple charts for this, but not so much with EU3.....

I've gone through the entire ledger countless times and still cannot find this.

Basically, is there a chart somewhere in this game that will say how many soldiers or ships a certain country has? I just started a game as England and would rather not see France with a larger navy than me.

Am I just an idiot asking a stupid question or does this feature simply not exist?

In the ledger, page ~4 is "armies" where you can see their standing army and manpower. Navies is the page after that.

I don't know what is going on but, I've gone through the entire ledger countless times and can not find this. Page 4 has a comparison of province ownership.

Ah, you don't have NA, it may be an NA feature. (I've never actually played without NA so I can't tell you for sure)

I'm playing 1.3, and there definitely is nothing telling you how many armies or ships a country has. That might be more realistic anyway...
