I wanted to try the Yugoslavia coring everyone in Europe before it was patched, but I didn't have the time then. Now I have the time but the game has already updated to 1.10.2 on steam. Is there any way to go back to that patch? I can go back to the previous main patch but not the ones in between.
Is it possible to go back to 1.10.1?

Yes, go to Steam, right-click on Hearts of Iron 4, go properties, go Betas, and pick 1.10.1, wait for the update and viola!
I don't think this works. The old patches, I believe, are only the most-recent subversions. (1.9.3, 1.8.2, etc) I certainly don't have a 1.10.1 on my Steam.

Has there been any statement on why you can't roll back to intermediate versions anymore?
Back in August of this year, I had no issues rolling back to 1.9.1, as I wanted to finish up an old Spain achievement save. But ever since I updated to the latest DLC, the number of versions you can roll back to is significantly reduced.
And now, they won't even let you roll back to the version from last week? What gives?
