I would like to just know if the passes to beta were actually handed out for getting 20 sign-ups or more, @BjornB can you confirm? I don't care who just that my efforts were not in complete vain lol

Yes, they were sent out. There were a few threads on reddit where people bragged about it. I do believe they had to sign the standard NDA though, which stipulates you shouldn't even talk about being in the beta. Anyway, I can confirm it was sent out. I oversaw that process myself.

And we are discussing a good way of offering another chance to get the signup DLC again for everyone (for both Stellaris and HoI). The impression I've got is that most (if not all) people who did participate in the signup campaign is not overly protective about the "exclusivity" of it. We also did give other boons to participating, like the chance to get into the beta as mentioned above.

The sign-up DLC has nothing to do with the pre-order offers, and the content will be delivered separately at release.

I also want to point out that the signup campaign was active for a loooong time and was the first page of the HoI website during the entire time. Pretty much EVERY trailer or video asset since the campaign started contains a link to it, and all you had to do to be eligible was to log in and make a few mouse clicks. It's not like it was hard to follow the normal route to get it.

If it is not available on YouTube, is there anywhere where I can see the video or a screenshot of the unit?

I'll probably make it look a bit nice in the youtube version, I'll probably upload an unlisted version of just the animation tomorrow. They are all really neat.
