Is it possible to create a new map ?

I want to try to mod one of the paradox game but in another imaginary world, and i want to know if it is possible to create a new map and to play with ?

Yes, he told me, that there might be a version of his tool for HOI2 (the EU2 version won't do it). Once we have a program to edit the *.tbl files, then all graphical things can be changed.

That sounds good I have always wanted to control some big island in the Atlantic but i got a qustion.

how easy would it be to use baised off the EU2 version
