So, i searched about cheats for the game but didnt find anything.
Is there a console in the game?

You can always use a mod or make one since they can effect quite a bit

Currently there are no console commands or equivalents that I've stumbled across. The modding system is simple enough that you can cobble together your own 'cheat mod' and run it without having to post it on the Workshop.
