Is it possible to add interior lighting to buses?

I noticed that all buses in Skylines, both the vanilla one and all mods I know lack interior lighting. That is rather unrealistic, since inner city buses have interior lighting, just as trains do.

So would it be possible to add that? With access to a 3D bus model, could I even do it myself (no experience with 3D modelling)?

There's one bus on the workshop that has lighting in the passenger compartment:

Thanks, I'm using that one. I think though it's not real lights, just white windows that look like light under the right conditions. Still, seems to be the best one for me to use for now.
