Is it possible for a county or duchy to be de jure vassal of more than one liege?

For instance, can I make the Duchy of Burgundy a de jure vassal of both the King of France and the King of Germany? So that they would both consider themselves to be the rightful lord of that land.

That you can do as the Kingdoms and Empires are different levels.

No, because Empires are made up of Kingdoms and a Duchy can only be in one Kingdom... so the only way to do that would be to make all of France a de jure Kingdom in the HRE.

True, I was thinking he was asking if he could set the provinces of the Duchy to the de jure HRE.
