It is showing up in account details, but still not in my library. Even after several restarts. I'm not too worried, but have opened a Steam support ticket to be sure.

You have set your library to show all the games and not just installed ones?

Pre-ordered on Steam, but its not showing up in my library. Other pre-orders have always done that. Maybe because there is no confirmed release date yet.

Sorry to have to be the one to tell you this, but there are only limited copies being produced.. We all discussed it and decided that you drew the short straw. But thanks for your purchase though! We all got a bottle of beer each.
