I was not on my home computer I had a problem trying load steam from library and now get off my case ok
How is that a problem, while the game's release is 2 weeks or more away?

Pre-ordered on Steam, but its not showing up in my library. Other pre-orders have always done that. Maybe because there is no confirmed release date yet.
Try restarting Steam, this will refresh your game list.
(This should also happen upon purchasing something from the store)
If it still does not show up, view your steam account settings, if it shows in your list of purchases there should be nothing to worry about.
(Right top of steam: <Your name>'s account -> account details)
It is showing up in account details, but still not in my library. Even after several restarts. I'm not too worried, but have opened a Steam support ticket to be sure.
