Or does the AI almost never form spain anymore? Every single game I've played recently, Castile and Aragon have always gotten into cat fights (usually because one of them annexed Navarra), and never have the Iberian wedding.
Is it just me?

Formed 3 games in a row for me this patch. Well, almost 3 games in a row until I was playing around in Europe, and beat Castille so bad their prestige went negative and they lost the PU.
pretty much forms in every game of mine at some point. either they form due to Iberian wedding, or they just conquer Aragon at some point
Navarra actually managed to grow in one of my games. Feasted on some delish' Aragon provinces while Aragon was at war with Castille.
