I feel like Leviathan was a sign that maybe EU4 has about reached the end of possibilities. Which wouldn't really be an insult at this point, given that it's I think 10 years in now.

I think they should take some time to learn from Victoria 3 before starting a new EU.
I think adding more flavor/missions for tags that are lacking and focusing on bugs would be well received. I hope more tags aren’t added or maybe just add formables, as long as it doesn’t affect performance.I feel like Leviathan was a sign that maybe EU4 has about reached the end of possibilities. The leaked beta has had various complaints but it is of course a beta so we'll see how much it changesThat's a good idea, but are we sure Vicy 3 is gonna be well received yet? After Leviathan and Imperator I'm a little nervous.
If eu5 promises actual royal family mechanics in my early modern period game then yes sounds greatI feel like Leviathan was a sign that maybe EU4 has about reached the end of possibilities. Which wouldn't really be an insult at this point, given that it's I think 10 years in now.
It doesn't have to be good for them to learn from it. That's part of why I'd like them to wait to learn lessons from Victoria 3 before starting the next EU - so they know what works and what doesn't in their next generation of games before anything has been baked in to EU5.That's a good idea, but are we sure Vicy 3 is gonna be well received yet? After Leviathan and Imperator I'm a little nervous.

I want jagellion bohemia and Hungary free from Polish interference, I want Hunyadi's successors fighting it out
It was also a leaked beta that was found to be months old. Ofc something halfway in development is gonna be bad.The leaked beta has had various complaints but it is of course a beta so we'll see how much it changes

It's not a big secret that Johan has already started to work in EU5.
It will probably be officially announced after the Victoria III release.
Every Paradox game should have POPs, at different levels of complexity/simplicity depending on the game.Johan even said that features like the Imperator pop system were originally going to go into EU4, but couldn’t make it work within the confines of the game’s code. All but saying that, not only is EU5 in the works, but its going to have pops.
Why are you not rolling back to 1.30 using the steam betas? If the eu5 project is not going to break new ground, I will not look forward to such a project. After all, every new game that comes out demands extra graphics and performance. To tell the truth, the situation I'm in is not at all suitable for me to buy a new pc. After the 1.30 update, my game performance has dropped considerably, now I will either take a break from this universe altogether or stay as a spectator.
