Is this game a multiplayer game in the sense like a mmorpg that your progress is stored and you have a permenant base in the online world?

.How long does a multiplayer game usually takes? Any info about the release date besides 2009?
No one knows how long these games will take, but between 30 min and 2 hours like other rts:s seem likely.
