is there anyother place to buy this expansion? for somereason gamergate dont work, or i have some difficulties there

Well the problem is steam can't sell it, it would be a nightmare to implement a download on steam for it considering it can work on 3 different base games. I dont know about impulse but i know GG sells more than them so its not so bad. Also considering its made by an independant team I can't every see it going retail(like hard copy).
So just by the nature of the product it self limits. But its great, in fact fantastic, best hoi2 i've played, especially when its over DH.
