I will explain two examples of my last game where I did things usually I don't do.
I played for Netherlands and choose to build colonial empire in New World.
When my first colonial nation of New Netherlands was formed I just started to conquest all Native states in this colonial region and Fully Annexed them one by one in two years.
I got no (or insignificant) AI and on OE because whole territories immediately moved to New Netherlands.
When I went to annex all natives in North America - I cored 5 conquered provinces - form new colonial nation and history repeated.
More of that - I found what if by any reason Natives is allied with colonial nation of another power - I can attack natives and annex such nation without significant worsening of attitude with European power which colonial nation I annexed.
Even more - when my colonial nation went to war with another (Newfoundland of GB) and I was called - I demanded to annex whole Newfoundland (at 244 OE and about 600 AI) and next year GB even ask me to ally them back. No AI was found with their attitude and no OE for me at all.
The question is - isn't it an exploit?
PS Also I found a bug - when you called to war for colonial problems - your allies automatically called and automatically refused (for war whats longs already years that is not very strange), so you lost all your allies and cant return them for -150 refusal bump.
