Is Campaign progression not saved automatically?

Hello,

I just played through 2 "missions" without saving. The game has never crashed on me so it just doesn't occur to me. However, after i finished the last one i turned the game off (also, without saving. As i had completed the mission, I couldn't see a reason to). Now i wanted to pick up where i left off and all i could do was start over again.

Does the game really not save my progression at all? Do I really have to play the same scenarios over again? I've never experienced this in a strategy-game before.

Sorry. The game doesn't save your campaign progress. This is why there is a "Save" option on the start scenrio menu.

I'm sorry for your loss!
I recommend using a mod that will add the ability for auto save or quick save.

It semi-saves progress...
Any map you completed will be avaible in the single mission list...
However progress in campaign is lost

Thanks to all for replies. I'll check out the mod, and I'm happy to report; I'm back on track. I've had this game since it came out but only recently started playing it and I must say It's absolutely wonderful!

The only thing I'm missing is a way to set up routes, or in the least ask the busses, trams etc. to spread out evenly across the line.
