I can't really create a bug report bcs I'm playing with Glavius, but I really doubt that mod would be the cause of the problem -- so asking here.
I'm getting 10% immigration pull from Diplomacy and 25% from the standard Edict, but no bonuses listed for either Xeno-Outreach centers (I have two) or the Resort World ... anyone else have the problem?
(FWIW, I do get the amenities bump from the Corporate Outreach branch building and also from Resort World.)
