Is 3b ram memory enough for HOI4

Every time I play, especially when it comes to late game and each major country has hundreds of divisions. My game always lag pretty bad.

I’d like to know if this is due to not having enough ram memory (my PC has 32gb ddr4 ram memory) or other criteria like CPU or Graphics card?

Well, generally the CPU and RAM are most crucial for GSG games. The speed of your RAM is also important to know. DDR4 is anything between 2100 and 3600 Mhz.
I overclocked my RAM from 2133 Mhz to 2400 Mhz and got a modest but noticeable improvement across the board.

If your graphics card really is the bottleneck then you can alwys turn off a bunch of graphical options. I believe anything 3D (buildings, trees, unit models) is generally the most expensive.

It seems that there have been improvements for 1.5, as the latest dev diary shows, so best wait for that to drop before you make drastic changes to your PC.
