Irritation per holding, barony claims, pope event

When the High Taxes event triggers in a county wherein the Steward is performing the Collect Taxes job and a Mayor controls two (or more) cities therein, said Mayor will recieve the irritated malus once per holding. Since it is generally useful to let each Mayor hold two or three cities if possible, this can lead to some significant opinion modifiers. I have not tested this on any other, similar, event, but it would not surprise me if the effect is prevalent. This seems to not be WAD.

When you control a Duchy, wherein there is one Prince-Bishop or Lord-Mayor controlling a county in which there is a castle holding controlled by an external entity and you revoke the county title from the Prince-Bishop or Lord-Mayor, you will NOT have the possibility of launching a claim war against the external entity for control of the castle. Easiest location to test; the castle of Stade in Bremen is controlled by the Duke of Brandenburg, while the county of Bremen is controlled by a Prince-Bishop under the Duke of Saxony.

Should your demesne contain one or more heretical counties, while you are Catholic, an event (ID 39404) will trigger where the Pope expresses concern about heresy. You have the option of "acting against the heretics" or not. Should you do so, the event will keep triggering intermittently giving 10 Piety each time, without having an impact on the counties in question.

I'm not sure if the first one really is a bug (technically speaking it should be able to stack the more the mayor has to lose), but I'll see if I can reproduce the other two.

Also, in future, please post your bugs in separate threads. :)

Will do :) didn't think the first was a bug per se, but didn't seem WAD when I saw it :p (which might have been because the guy got a -50 malus >_> )

EDIT: I can just edit this thread and open two more if you'd prefer.

As per your second point, I'm not entirely sure that's a bug either, as the Duke of Brandenburg is a vassal of the HRE and not of you. You don't have a De Jure claim on his holding (it's part of De Jure Duchy of Holstein), so I don't think there's anything you can do about that one.

I'll just describe the situation; I had started as the Nakonids in Lübeck and had taken Holstein from Denmark, created the Duchy, sworn fealty to the HRE and taken Hamburg and Bremen in Ducal Claims war from Saxony. At that point my Duke controlled three counties directly, with a Prince-Bishop holding Bremen. Also in Bremen is the castle holding of Stade which is a direct holding of the Duke of Brandenburg (house Staden). I could then declare a Coun Claim war on Brandenburg for to give the Prince-Bishop of Bremen control of the castle of Stade. If I instead revoked his title, thereby holding the county of Bremen personally, I could NOT declare war against Brandenburg for the same holding. We were both direct vassals of the HRE, all that had changed was the direct ownership.
