Ironman savegame crashing to desktop on load

Steam version 2.0.1 Checksum XFMJ.

I can load the preview map fine. Game instantly crashes on clicking Play with the message "CK2 has stopped working". This is on Windows 7.

We've had a few Ironman crashes that I could duplicate

and I've reported those as bugs. Your game however works perfectly fine for me, I ran it for several years with no crash.

Let's have a look at your setup. Please post a dxdiag.txt (you can delete everything after the "Sound devices" section for brevity) and your Documents/CK2/settings.txt. Zip up your whole Documents/CK2/logs/ directory and attach or link that here too please.

Updated and I still can't load it. Ah well. Thanks for trying. I'll just start a new game.
