I have save with my world conquest with England. I have HRE vassals plus Spain, France, Aragon and lots more, since new patch changes overseas colonies to colonial countries it crashes the next day it creates colonial country for me. My thought is that my Spain vassal having too much overseas colonies creates this problem since vassals can't have vassals, right? I tried to reinstall EU4 but no luck and obviously I can't temper with ironman mode save. Hope you will find solution.

Have you already tried going back to a previous version? 1.3.2 in this case.
You can do that by right clicking on Europa universalis IV in the steam games library, going to "properties" and then go to the "BETAS" tab. Then in the dropdown menu, select the 1.3.2 patch. Confirm the changes and let Steam download the necessary files. After that you can start the game again and try if the save works for you.

Will it disable ironman mode? I have a wager on that badge) Need to get this achievement soon tho(My friend is close to getting it too).
I actually found out that this will disable ironman mode. So this won't fix it, but thanks anyway.
