Ok so seems to be a common issue of late by what I read.
Today was playing EU4 on one of my ironman saves thats been running for a few weeks with no issues. Steam goes down today, as it appears to be doing alot of late (not your issue) and upon loading my game tonight its no longer classed as "Ironman", so I load up another save and play and save. Close EU4, now thats also no longer "ironman".
So as per normal fix, I removed EU4 and ALL folders on my pc (steam folder and my documents folder), reboot, reinstall EU4 and validate via Steam. Checksum appears as correct.
Now I can start a game as Ironman with no issues, I have Autosave to cloud set as on and it Auto-saves monthly, BUT.....
The next time I wish to play this save it shows up in the cloud as ironman = no!
Any ideas?
