Ironman cheat

Well, I'm not really being wise writing about cheating in the developers forum, I know, but who cares, if I can't do this, the mods will just delete the post so since I'm here.....

Exactly what you read, cheating + ironman.....so not the ingame cheats, we'are talking about something out of the original game......and please don't write "but if you wanted to use cheats you could just play in normal mode", just spare that people.....I know.....but sometimes the games has problems, sometimes one just wants to get an hard achievement and so long.....

For example the Switch nations exploit doesn't work anymore, I tried but it didn't work, is there anything else that can be used?

Reman does a video every patch for the exploits/abuse that still work. There is a new patch in a few days but out of my head, the most impactful ones of current patch were double peacedeals, and the custom nation bug for infinite points (I won't detail, I'm against exploits anyway).

But yes, if you want to find exploits you should rather go on reddit than under the nose of the devs

The idea is probably to get achievements. Like people who got the hardest achievements on something like 1.8, when you could get them in Very Easy if you used an exploit. when launching the game.

Reman's Paradox (youtuber) has done a video on Ironman exploits in 1.22; I don't think any of them are as game-breaking as you're looking for, so you'll probably have to roll back to older patches to get what you want. You can do that on steam easily enough.

If you want to cheat in ironman (I'm assuming this is for achievements) then look up cheatengine
It's not useful for multiplayer and if you want to cheapen your experience, well that's up to you

To be honest, this was all out of curiosity, I don't really need those but I'm glad to know there's something to use if I'll ever need anything
