Iron Crown Achievement Month Gameplay Wasted ?

Been King of Lombardy since from the start of charlemagne campaign..
Now year is 1301 and Achievement is not coming.

Culture Has been Always Lombardy and being king of Lombardy.
Does this mean i cant get it anymore on this game ?

No, the achievement is written wrong and will never ever work.

Next time, you should use the search function, or at least look for a stickied thread, before starting a new thread. This issue has plenty of coverage already.
