Check the Iron Cross forum. Anyway, the correct order of installation should be:
- Install DH
- Patch DH to 1.01 or 1.01.1
- Install IC (DH version, pointing to DH main folder)
- Patch IC to 1.01
- Patch IC to revision 7

That worked for me. Try uninstalling DH and IC and doing it exactly in that order, also delete the folders to ensure there is nothing left behind.

Install IC patch 1.1 to DH Folder and then IC revision 7 to DH folder.
