Iron Cross for Darkest Hour

Check the Iron Cross forum. Anyway, the correct order of installation should be:
- Install DH
- Patch DH to 1.01 or 1.01.1
- Install IC (DH version, pointing to DH main folder)
- Patch IC to 1.01
- Patch IC to revision 7

I've installed in mods folder but it cannot find dh.exe once i try to launch ic.
getting frustrated here
i also installed it to dh main folder but once i launched it there was some error so dunno pls help

i have some users mods on my dh (nwo, world in flames ets) i dont know if that changes anything

tried it!
did it to dh folder and patched it with 1.01 as well and then tried to launch but there was an error i cant remember exaxtly (i could either abort, continue or ignore) once tried to ignore it dh stopped working!

and btw shouldn't it be working without a patch?

It should automatically know where to install it if you choose Darkest Hour in the IC installation. At least, it does for me (switched OS's and have had critical Windows errors resulting in frequent reinstallations, so I got it down to a science)...

well it should thats why im frustrated cuz the first tine i installed it chose c:/ once it clicked on next i couldnt proceed so had to choose directory myself ... i chose c/games as dh was installed there but then i had a problem that i explained in my 1st post from yesterday...

I think this could be due to the fact that Steam alters the files.
You don't have Darkest Hour\Darkest Hour.exe, correct?

ok thats what pops up when installed ic to dh folder and patched it with 1.01 and then with revision 7 (to dh/mods/ic dunno if i've done it correctly though)

so ill try to explain....
once i intalled ic to dh folder like u told me i patched it with 1.01
then i patched it with revision 7 (not sure if i've done it correctly cuz i patched dh/mods/ic..) wasnt sure where shall i install it
when i've done that tried to launch ic an a window popped up saying:

critical error!
---excel file not found
---
do you still want to continue?
abort/retry/ignore
when i click retry or ignore dh stops working once i klick abort a new window pops up saying:

runtime error
program c:\games\darkest hour\darkest hour.exe

abnormal program termination

the cannot locate exe message poped up only when i installed ic over mods file
