I wouldn't have released it this early though.
Yeah, but then again, it wasn't the team's fault it was released this early.

Sure but IC also has a considerable amount of province. They must all be taken into acount in the game calculations (and thats without taking into account all the bugs that game make the engine go wtf and go in circles). It is considerably slower than AoD.
I7 cpu, 6gb of ram, ati 5850 video card.
How?Yeah, but then again, it wasn't the team's fault it was released this early.
It seemed empty - nothing was happening as far as I could tell. And I was excited at the prospect of starting as Germany with Hindenburg, and hopefully there being some sort of event chain that would allow me to remove Hitler on Hindenburg's death; looking through the event files I could find nothing that indicated that such an event chain existed....
I searched all events. There is no event 610525, maybe not included in 1.0? If it exists, in which file?Yes, exists these events (id = 610525), and more events like Austria civil war

Just a question, do people actually read comments-reviews-criticism before buying a game?
Honestly, i was just to psyched. And it was only about 7 Euros. My beef isn't so much that i spend money and it is bad.
My beef is that it very easily could be good and it is bad.
As i said:
Mouseover-Info for the Techtree would solve a lot, an atlas would help with facts like "Rügen is an isle and not a province behind the oder" or "Emden has access to the coast and in fact lies at the coast" (I wouldn't complain about a some minor feature somewhere in Africa done wrong, but Germany is one, of not THE Focus of the game) and a decent translation is not that hard. I have students in 7th grade who do better and they only come to me because they need tutoring to make it in school.
There is also the fact that i wrote a review for gamersgate and it is not shwoing yet. In fact there no reviews there, so far.
quintelosky said:If the player write 'is bad', the team can't solve the problem, but if write 'please, change this, this, this', the team will add this suggestions in a patch
please change this: German foreign ministers name from Constantin to Konstantin

btw, do you use the AoD pics? - just out of curiosity, as i contributed them last year and saw some screens today - looks more than similar?
I bought IC out of impulse more than anything else. Apart from my inexperience with mod34, I have to say that I found it somewhat underwhelming. I am sure that, as with all Paradox / Paradox sponsored games, it will get better with time, but two things struck me as especially disappointing. The speed of the game has already been commented on, and on reflection I suppose that that is reasonable considering the huge number of new provinces. However, with the 1933 scenario, it just seemed silly.
LOL LOL, how can you say you regret purchasing something new and different but still gives you enjoyment like HOI, HOI2, etc? I really dont understand some people, its a game and its not perfect never will be ever because someone will always whine and complain about something. Cant have your cake and eat it too! There are many things that need "fine" tuning just be happy someone will get to them and you dont have to waste your money, time or sleep to help fix it. Gee the gaul of some people is deplorable for something as paying 10 dollars for a cool mod that works with another game you bought that works because it was patched and patched and patched. Please Kilolima, learn to get out of the basement and breath in the air and sunshine! It is a game and stuff happens! Now I am peeved! Sorry to all others for my vented displeasure with some here.
There also seems to be a problem with changing your government personal, your minister until 1936 or 37. It just does not work. When you lclick on the pictures you usually do to change ministers, nothing happens. No menu, nothing. The pictures don't even seem to be context sensitive (which i understand to mean: if i move may cursor over it, something happens).
