I have been playing Irish OPM for a long time (since the game came out) and, like other great history game, it lead me to read everything I can find about Ireland during this period. I find that the actual irish idea do not fit (in terms of gameplay and in terms of history) with what I consider could be the Irish nationals ideas.
1/ Actual Irish nationals ideas

+25% Rebel support efficiency

Traditions ( = Gallowglass legacy) :
-25% Mercenary Cost
+5% DIscipline (or +10% infantery combat ability)
Irish Endurance
-10% Land attrition
The Clanns
-10% Stability cost modifier
Coign and livery
-10% Land maintenance modifier
More Than Irish
-1 National unrest
Foreign Nationals
+1 Diplomatic reputation
Loyal Catholics
+2 Yearly papal influence
Irish Linen Trade
+10% Trade efficiency
Ambitions: (High King on the Tara's Hill)
