Yes, but instead of white, it should be the color of Guinness.

Puh, there is more about Ireland than Guinness:
Murphy's, Beamish, Smithdick's, to name just a few ;)

On topic: IMO it would be good to have the Irish provinces as independend countries. IRL that was basically the situation, not considering the fact that there were de facto more kingdoms than five.
Would be fun to unite Ireland under the rule of the High King in Cashel and drive the English into the sea

In one of those zoomed out screenshots at TC you can see the borders between the provinces of Ireland with the red "political border" highlight, which would indicate them all to be independent.

Don't listen to this madman.
He's from a county in Ireland which claims to be the 'Kingdom' but instead the people from this county are better known for being made fun of with 'Kerryman jokes'.
Please don't allow him to achieve world domination with Munster... *shudders* :p

Never thought about world domination with Munster. There is nothing so important outside Ireland that I would turn my eye away from the ever rebelling Dubliners :p
Kerryman jokes? Want to hear more of them!

One thing that makes me  on the EU2 is that when we'r playin with England and we create the vassal northen ireland it's not the "northen ireland province that is given...and also if we create "Eire" it's not the original province that is given as Capital.

If those thing still continue to happen on this new version......goo god... the game lacks accuracy on that!!

Phhht, The English are so fickle on what passes as English.

To the British I'm Canadian, to the Canadians I'm English.

National Idenity no longer is so dependent on Birth. It more has to do with Culture.

To be honest, I still have an old-school imperial view of what it means to be English (English, not British); ie, white, middle-class, pipe, trilby, cane, copy of The Times, and so on :)

But British - well, that's an entirely different kettle of fish isn't it? Builders, Bin Men, Scots, Welsh, English, Cornish - everyone.

But the English - well, they speak Queen's English and live in the Home Counties :p

Certainly, but I should hope that the fact that 90% of the game is easily modded won't be used as justification to release the game as a gem in the rough instead of as the polished jewel that I'm certain all of us hope that it will be. :)
