Iqta or n ot?

I'm playing as Qara Qoyunlu, with its Government form, tribal, but I can reform to Iqta, it will give me -5 stability, and take 200 adm , but I kind of need unrest and negative stability i right now and with the new dlc Iqta gives some really good options if you know it, one(for example) is -15% liberty desire and +1 diplo rep for 20 years and it costs nothing and I'm using a lot of vassals in this game, BUT the tribal gives me -5 years of separatism which I aim to combine with the -10 of the humanist ideas to get nearly no rebels, what do you think would be the best?

IMO - tribal federation is better. To use well Iqta mechanismus you must have rich subjects, but often people in EU4 prefer direct control over lands rather than management by subjects. Ofc, lack of estates can give pain, but if you don't play in MP this isn't problem

Yeah I agree, I got diplo ideas and the tribal gives -20% province cost, a total of 40% is a lot....I think I'll stay where I am for now

tribal fed has normal estates too.

I think its competitor for best non horde govt in game.

Iqta can't get the queen regency either so it's not very good. I'd rather keep despotic monarchy usually. Only reason to switch to Iqta is if you're going for Mamluk government.
