Use the "Scheme" action of the spymaster on the province you want to recruit members for your faction. Also, check the file about spy actions to learn which traits are useful for which options when the spymaster event pops up.

Can you tell me what is needed and how can i press the demand of the faction when i'm leader of it? Once i had a faction and relative power was quite good, don't remember exactly though, but i couldn't find any button or event or anything to push demends, as i really needed that faction demend to be pressed i had to leave it and rejoin later so that AI would become leader and push it. so give me hints please :)

The button is on top of the decisions list, in the intrigue screen. It should have a yellow background/outline so you can't miss it. But maybe you just can't do it because of other stuff. For example, if your liege is fighting a war, you can't push the claims. Hover over the small question mark next to the decision to see what you need

Well, I was successful in sending my spymaster to a fellow vassal and recruiting him for my faction. He wasn't too happy about it, but that is to be expected, I guess.

However, the newly recruited co-conspirator doesn't appear within the faction overview. I'm still left with one partner-in-crime, who had joined earlier on his own terms. I thought the message I received after forcing my new recruit into our conspiracy said something like "I will join any faction you support when called upon." Do I have to "tell" him which faction I want him to join? There seems to be no diplomatic interaction or plot that allows me to do so. Or does he join as soon as I set the conspiracy into motion? That would be somewhat unhandy since I couldn't be entirely sure about the relative strength of our troops versus those of our liege ...

I don't know. I don't usually lead factions, however from what i know he should have joined when the event fired. Maybe something made him quit right after joining?
