Short/Long term investments are lost after closing the game.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start a short/long term investment grant
2. Save the game to the cloud
3. Close the game
4. Select "Continue" from the paradox launcher

This may not be limited to the investment grants. I didn't report anything since I wasn't certain my memory wasn't playing tricks on me, but I believe I've seen this with a different grant as well--I thought I had three grants outstanding when I saved and quit and when I continued as TheAsher described, one of them had moved from taken to available to take.

Edit: I'm seeing this bug on a new prison as well, and captured saves. grantesbeforeload.prison is an autosave, which has three grants in progress (Grant_EcoFriendly, Grant_Visitation, and Grant_PrisonerWorkforce). I loaded this save, saw that there were only two grants showing in my task list, and immediately saved as grantsafterload.prison. The new save is missing Grant_PrisonerWorkforce from its list of grants.
