I manged to blitzkrieg France in a month  So here comes the question
Shall i Start Becoming ready for barbarosa or invade Spain(i didnt took command of the nationalist army they have not been defeated although they only control north spain) So if i manage to Ally with spain and invade it (republican part)i can take control of gilberta and the british will have a big problem :p but i think plus the invasion of balkans and greece i need to execute barbarosa in 1942 so wich one is better
1-)destroy british In north africa then go get the russians
2-)hope to defeat russia in 1941 then go get the british???

To be honest, once France falls it's pretty much over for the Allies, even if America joins. Britain usually has a very small army and much of it will be swept away in the Fall of France leaving what's left of the British army scattered throughout their empire. An invasion of Britain is really optional, it should take a month at most, you can even conduct it while invading the USSR except I would strongly suggest invading Britain after you invade Spain. It should go, France first, then Spain which should fall near instantly, Britain and then USSR. Don't bother trying to escort your transport ships while invading Britain as the royal navy will eat them alive, either paratroop (recommended) into Exeter (probs wong spelling) and then ship troops over there or simply load a ship with soldiers and try and sneak past the navy since any encounter won't damage your transport for some reason.

There is a decision that allows you to join the war without even DoWing republicans. It's called "Meeting at Henday" - just offer them marocco and you have 40% chance nationalist join you, then you can bring in your troops. Really easy to close Mediterranean Sea in this game, compared to AoD or HoI3 :)

I would use the Event "Meeting at Henday" also if you have to pay a bit for.
Instead of destroying the spain Army you will be able to use its forces to secure the spanish ans french beaches.

If Republican Spain wins or there is a stalemate after France falls I divide my army into 3 parts and attack Republican Spain, England and Yugoslavia at the same time. I use my entire air force for aiding with the conquest of England. This all starts between early and mid August depending on how long it takes France to fall and then moving the appropriate number of troops to each front. That leaves me free to move everyone except about 9 infantry divisions to the Russian front. In my current game I've puppeted Ireland, Scotland, England, Spain and divided Yugoslavia and Greece among my allies. I invaded Russia on the 5-24-1941 and it's now 8-23-1941. I've reduced the Russian army from 294 divisions to 101 divisions. I'm planning on using the next month or so to clean up the front lines, dig in and prepare for spring of next year. I understand conducting winter operations are not a good idea. I don't think waiting until 1942 to invade Russia would be a good idea. I'm still learning this game though and this is the farthest I've gotten. Good luck

Airdrop to Essex to conquer Britain, some 25 divisions will handle it easily. The rest you can send to Spain but don't postpone Barbarossa too much. Start it late spring, in April or May to maximize effectiveness.

When you finished France, it should be Juni or July 1940. You got about 120 Divisions, more or less. So using 50 for Spain 30 for England and 40 for Yugoslavia and Greece should be allright. Your Airforce should focus on England, for Spain or the Balkans you don't need it anyway. All these wars should be over when Winter comes, but you can fight in Winter in Spain and Balkans.
Then Europe is yours and Barbarossa can start at 1.5.1941 or some days later, when General Mud has left Russia.

Hmmm, as said in the Dev Diarys 1 Manpower should simulate about 1.000 Men. 1 Manpower in Province should simulate about 1.000.000 men in the province. But i could be wrong.

It's also worth saying, though, that division size fluctuated greatly from country to country (and division to division, for that matter.) This is the primary stated reason that the devs are hesitant about including AoD's casualty lists. Sorry, ct11223, but no exact number exists.
