this needs to be fixed or something. every time I or my friend try to put in our codes we get the above message and its irritating since we don't have any other stupid codes. and yes we have confirmed our emails you people sent us. we are tired of this and just want to have some fun with each other before I go off into service :/

Are you the guy who started two threads in the Steam forums on registering CK2? If so, I'll just say for the fourth time: log a ticket at paradox.zendesk.com - they will take care of you.

Actually he asked you to log a ticket, the thread link was to point you to the post that had the link on how to do that in case you did not know already, I do not even see where verifying your e-mail is mentioned there In fact we already know you have verified your e-mail because if you had not it would say so under your name instead of "recruit".

I am sorry you encountered a problem, but you have to allow in your anger that people are trying to help you.

well ive asked for assistance hopefully this issue gets resolved but until then im not having it in my library to waste memory.

I clearly stated you needed to log a ticket at zendesk. I did not mention verifying your email address. So I have no idea where this comes from.
