Arsenal: A Hearts of Iron 2 Mod Manager

So over the past week or so, I've been working on a simple mod manager for Hearts of Iron 2 and Hearts of Iron 2-based games. I am pleased to report that it is now complete.

Attached to this post is a .zip file containing the mod manager and its user manual. In addition, the source code can be found here on GitHub.

Here's a couple of screenshots of the mod manager in action:

If you find any bugs or other issues with the mod manager, feel free to report them in this thread and I will try and fix them.

I will also be posting in the second post in this thread some mods that I have organised to work seamlessly with this mod manager.
