Problems
Well, after spending about an hour on the telephone, my cable ISP provider has decided my cable modem must be deceased. They are supposed to be coming out today to install a new modem--we will see.
What is the ahistorical Hungarian choice, btw? stays independent? What agreement did the OE sub ignore? Did he get himself involved in the Balkans?
If I get ICQ working again, I will buzz you Lifford to get info and saved game, please.
Please remember also that I cannot play next Wednesday night, as will be out of state on vacation with wife(no gaming for me). With no me and no Lifford, would prefer to skip a week, but will look for sub in the meantime.

The OE went into Hungary, occupying the key provinces, firing the event. Instead of the historical option, Hungary chose B. They are currently independent. OE took the southern half of Hungary.

If this game is to continue next Thursday by 9 o'clock<!> subs and players will have to be in the hosted Game or I'm calling Breach 2 off. Someone else can take France and hosting.
Other than that I think that Bel did an excellent job, you have to expand fast with OE in the early years. If you do not then you'll get the string of bad events in the later days and no chance to defeat an inflated Austria. People can see what my WOI Austria was like. More Colonies than France and Equal MP to Russia

We played last week and by some form of bad luck, 3 of us were busy last night and Stonewall has computer issues.One suggestion I have to help perk up morale would be to add Slavonic culture to the OE. This would give Sultan Tom some reason to be in the Balkans and take some pressure off of France.
Heck... Give Poland German and Russian cultures.

(Drake, being a beta, can copy it and use the regular patches to jury-rig a regular game, then buy it when it comes out-unless he's ordering straight from Paradox or from the States-Canada)

I am back. I will be gone next in July--heads up--I agree about Slavonic--otherwise there is absolutely no reason for the Ottomans to get involved in the BAlkans at all.
Edit: Austria should have Slavonic also if it doesn't already have it.

For nearly 3-4 Weeks I've spent 2 hours of my night Organizing the Lost cause of the Breach from 1 to 2... Tired of it... Me Personally, in the time we've spent organizing, I could've finished a whole game
