Intersections sinking into ground.

When making my city, I've been recently having this bug where every time I make an intersection, as shown in the image, it sinks into the ground. It makes the road look very bumpy and I'm not sure why it does this. I am using mods like Node Controller and Find Road Tools. What can I do to fix this?

I never experienced this bug, but you could try MoveIt to lift the node up a bit (select the junction node and PgUp).

I did try this but unfortunately it did not work. For some reason it only happens when I make an intersection with three roads.

Ok so I think I might have found the issue. This only occurs when I use a one way road with parking, other roads work fine.
