Intersection controls

I dont know if it would be possible. But it would be nice if we could control the flow of traffic through intersections. Default can be what it is now, but if you wanted to click on any intersection you have you would be able to control various things. I would like to be able to stop people from turning sometimes. Would be much easier.

I would like to be able to put stop or giveway signs only on side streets which allows uninterrupted flow on the main road. This would be great for T intersections and roundabouts.

There are tons of intersection design that is completely impossible to build without flow direction control, so yes - need this URGENTLY.
